Goals: I want my viewers to enjoy the book reviews.


Here’s a bit more about me:

I was born in India. I am in 7th grade and I study in my family run school. I really love Memory Sports and it makes me want to know how the brain works. I won a bronze medal in the nationals on my first try. The success inspired me a lot. I am really passionate about English language and Memory sports. I volunteered to open a memory club in our school because we wanted to teach the students memory techniques that would help them to be more successful in their academic life. This year, I went to the finals of the Spell Bee and won a Silver medal. I will be participating in more Spelling and Memory competitions and hope to improve myself. I am also learning advanced Chess and I regularly practice dance. I love these activities because it really makes me stand out. I am still on the path of discovering what my interested courses of study are, but my aim is to study in an ivy league school and achieve things to make my motherland proud. Few of my goals are to study psychology, be good at Memory sports, stop water pollution, and achieve a scholarship.

Hello world!  This is my first post. I want to share my thoughts on the book 'Song for a Whale' by Lynne Kelly. I really like this book because it teaches you the power of determination and persistence. A deaf girl named Iris is a tech genius. She loves to fix things. One day her teacher Ms. Alamilla showed her a video about a whale lost in the waters with no one to talk to. Iris wanted the whale to be reunited with his family. So Iris works out a meticulous plan to work with the sanctuary but that wasn't enough. She works with them but they ignore her efforts. So, she and her grandma boarded a cruise and helped the whale get tagged by the sanctuary.
